n Do I have to commit to a monthly plan or can I pay for a single session? Single sessions are available, however it’s nearly impossible to see changes after just one meeting. Changing habits takes time and follow up meetings to track progress gives you accountability! I’d highly recommend the monthly packages over single meetings. Plus, it’s cheaper!
